BusinessDialer Social (Platform) is owned & operated by BusinessDialer Limited (“BusinessDialer”).
BusinessDialer Social aggregates content from social media websites, TV broadcast, news and other
sources. BusinessDialer, being an intermediary, facilitates or being made available, makes available to
users a platform that enable such users to access the news and other online-curated contents, which are
aggregated by it from various sources. The users access the news and other online-curated content on
BusinessDialer Social’s Platform that belongs to third party content providers.
The contents on BusinessDialer Social’s Platform has been published in good faith only for lawful,
non-commercial & informational purposes including education, entertainment, criticism, news & current
affairs or spreading information. The contents published on BusinessDialer Social’s Platform may be
sourced from the news & curated contents providers or posted by the users. BusinessDialer holds no
control with respect to the news; current affairs & online-curated contents publish on its platform, and
hence do not warrant the correctness, validity or legality of the contents. BusinessDialer expressly
disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any violations of any law time being in force. The
views expressed in the news & online-curated contents are the publishers/content providers’ own views,
and it does not necessarily reflect BusinessDialer’s views. THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT ACCESSIBLE
THROUGH THE PLATFORM, ARE PROVIDED “AS IS”, “AS AVAILABLE”, AND “WITH ALL FAULTS”.
Since the content on BusinessDialer Social are owned by third parties-content provider hence
BusinessDialer is not responsible for any news & curated contents published or made available on its
Platform. BusinessDialer is under no obligation to monitor the said contents, but retains its right to
monitor all contents published or being made available on its Platform and also reserves its right to
remove such contents, which infringes/violates any law for the time being in force and Terms of Use of
BusinessDialer.
If the user views or clicks on the Content available on the Platform, they agree to bound by
BusinessDialer’s Terms of Use at https://businessdialer.in/Terms-of-Use/, & BusinessDialer’s Privacy
Policy at https://businessdialer.in/Privacy-Policy, and also the respective content
providers/Publishers’ Terms & conditions & Privacy Policy.
The external links provided along with the content providers/publisher generated Content do not
constitute an endorsement or approval by BusinessDialer of any such Content or the original publisher,
including but not limited to a corporation or organization or individual. BusinessDialer bears no
responsibility or liability for the Content or legality of the content providers/publisher’s
channel/page or for that of subsequent links. Please contact content providers/publisher directly for
any queries or complaints regarding its Content.
The users shall indemnify BusinessDialer and its directors, officers, employees and contractors for any
third-party legal proceedings (including actions by government authorities) arising out of or relating
to their unlawful use of the services or violation of any terms & conditions of BusinessDialer. This
indemnity covers any liability or expense arising from claims, losses, damages, judgments, fines,
litigation costs and legal fees.
BusinessDialer shall furnish the details of the BusinessDialer Social’s user accounts to Ministry of
Information and Broadcasting, Government of India in compliance with Rule 5 the Information Technology
(Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and to the lawful authority, as may
be directed to BusinessDialer.
All intellectual property rights in the Content is vested with the content providers/publishers and the
content providers/publishers have a valid license to post, display, reproduce, make copies, broadcast,
communicate to public such Content on BusinessDialer Social. When any news and online-curated contents
is published on BusinessDialer Social, the content providers grant BusinessDialer a non-exclusive,
perpetual, worldwide, transferable, irrevocable, royalty-free, unlimited license to use, copy, cache,
publish, display, distribute, modify and store such Content, including underlying works in such
contents.
If we reasonably believe that any of the content (1) breaches these terms, or policies; violates
applicable law; or could harm our users, third parties or BusinessDialer, then we reserve the right to
take down some or all of that content in accordance with applicable law.
Please notify us at support@businessdialer.in against any violation of the intellectual property rights
Grievance Mechanism:
For any compliant faced by the users or otherwise please share the details of the grievance at
grievanceofficer@businessdialer.in
The compliant should provide: (i) username of the relevant account holder from our platform (ii)
specific content/video number or URLs/Links that is of concern and (iii) reason(s) for such a takedown
request.
